Below is a selection of the work we do, both on a regular basis, and the more unusual. Please have a look at our other gallery pages too, of work we have completed in the past.

Recently completed projects - Spring 2016
We were approached by a local designer to coat the silhouettes of 5 Polish airmen fabricated in steel, on behalf of Polish Consulate. The airmen form part of a memorial which is situated at RAF Ingham.
The brief was that the coating on the airmen was to be black and how have to be durable and long lasting.
The photo on the left shows the airmen in their pre-blasted state.
The photo on the right shows the airmen after they had been shot blasted. The airmen were blasted, to ensure that the surface was free of contaminants and provided a 'keyed' surface to ensure excellent adhesion of the coatings to the surface.
The airmen were then welded to a frame, for ease of handling and movement during the coating processes.
The photo to left shows the airmen in the process of being zinc metal sprayed. This involves a layer of hot zinc being fused to the surface of the steel, providing long term corrosion resistance.
The photo to the right shows the airmen completely zinc metal sprayed.
The photo to the left shows the airmen powder coated in black.
The photo to the right shows the airmen loaded and ready to go to the memorial garden at RAF Ingham.
